Fee Schedule:

• Initial consult $180 – $300
• Consult $65 – $80
• Long consult $130 – $300
• After clinic hours/emergency: $100 minimum callout fee

24 hours notice is required for rescheduling and cancellations, FEES may apply if less notice is given.
